Welcome! This is a complete package of Garmin Mobile XT with 2009 North America NT maps. Broght to you by Restrected. It includes installation files for any mobile platform, maps for the pc that are transfered to the mobile device, and all the cracks necesery. Thanks to whoever created those cracks. I gathered all the files necesery, tested them, made sure they work, repacked them properly so you dont have to search everywhere for a file needed and wrote the instructions step by step for the installation proccess. just trying to find out if anyone knows where i can get north american maps to install on my nokia n73?

I usually don't need to ask for help, but this is a first ...would love to find out how *hoodywho* got this working on his Nokia N95 8GB, as I have the same cell...did everything right, just isn't picking up the built-in GPS ...mmmm anybody with advice would be much appreciated, and a big thanx to Restrected.

Any idea where to get 2009 North America NT- Canada ONLY? This is a NEW one from Garmin which contains MORE detailed maps of Canada than the all-in-one NT. It also has MORE POI too. A definite MUST have.
grimreaper420, it can be a real fucken pain in the ass to get this to work on the N95. If you dont have SD card options, it's even more difficult. Last year I spent many, many hours trying to find info on how to do this. In the endi, Ididnt get the N95 so I never tested it. Checkout ipmart forums and ppwarez as well. Good luck

I updated 4 of my friends GPS either as a stand alone unit, or cell built in GPS, but when it comes to the Nokia N95 8GB, which has an internal 8GB flash memory, not like a removable memory card, it really pisses me off.

what would possiblly goes wrong.
had format the sb card. hard reset on phones. uninstalled Garmin Xt free base files and support files.

In step 2 it says to Create a shortcut of the file "MapSource.exe". I cannot for the life of me find out where this file is.

Many thanks to Restrected for this. It took me about 6hours to work everything out for my device. I had to use the MoDaCo patch to get com4 working, but other than that, I'm in the clear. MANY THANKS, ALL OF YOU ROCK!!!!!

In the third attempt I was able to install Gamin and get it worked on Dell
Axim x51v with OnCourse bluetooth GPS.

1. Install the pc software "Mapsource" into your computer by going to:
"\PC Mapsource Installation Files\" and runing the file
"CNNANT2009Update_ENU.exe".
a. if you want it to be in a different language, just choose the last
three letters that match the language you want it in.
b. Click next.
c. Accept everything it tells you.
d. Select the destination folder (this is where the program and maps
are going to be copied to. The default is "c:\Garmin\". I recomend
to leave it that way. In my case it wasn in diferent drive, so I
had to change it to C drive.
e. When you are done with the installation you will have a new icon on
the desktop, "MapInstall". We dont need this right now, but we will
get back to it.
2. Open the installation folder, the folder where you installed the
program 1 minute ago, and open the folder "MapSource" in the C root.
If you cannot find it use windows search program.
Create a shortcut of the file "MapSource.exe" in your desktop.
3. Close everything you have open accept for this
"Instructions By Restrected.txt" file and the folder this file is
found in.
Open the folder "\PC Mapsource Crack\" and run the file "all.bat".
a. In most cases it will only show "all" as the file name with some
explanation below it.
b. Let this program "all.bat" finish its work, is going to take a
while (LET IT FINISH!).
c. When its done, click "Enter". Not any key will make it exit.
d. This program makes the images of the maps in your computer usable
with any garmin device,and it unlocks them for use/view in the pc,
also it makes possible for us to transfer them to the device of
our choice.
4. Conect your mobile device to the computer and make sure that the
apropriate software for syncronizing is runing and recognizes it.
You can also just plug the memory card into a card reader in your
computer and that will do fine. I used CF memory card reader in my
Brother 420CN printer.
5. a. Open the folder named "Garmin Mobile XT Installation Files" that
you got from the second torrent and run the file
"GarminMobileXTforWindowsMobile_42030w.exe" for windows mobile
divce such as Dell Axim x51v.
Or, install the GarminMobileXT installation file that corresponds
to your mobile device.
b. install the base map file "GarminMobileXTFreeBasemap_4xxxx.exe" in
the same above folder.
c. install the support files file
"GarminMobileXTSupportFiles_4xxxx.exe" similarlly.
Make sure to install all of them in the same destination.
you can use a card reader for faster installation if installing it
in a card as in step f.
I did it using the card reader. Then plug the CF card back to PDA.
d. Follow all the on screen instructions, and select the memory card
as your destination for installation if you don't use a card reader.
e. Click all the nexts and dones untill the program goes away.
f. If you used a card reader in your pc, now remove the card and plug
it in the mobile device. Automaticaly it should ask you if you want
to install Garmin on your device and you should say "YES".
d. If you installed it directly into the memory card through the
mobile device, it will ask you if you want to install Garmin as
well, click "YES".
6. Once it is done installing it in the mobile device, run it, skip
everything it asks you, or click agree when necesery untill you are at
the main page.
a. At the main page you will see 2 big buttons, one sais "Where To" the
other one says "View Map".
I couldn't get to the main page at once. I was being end up with a
series of options such as buy the product, activate, search gps etc.
I hit GPS option to get to the page where I found "settings" button
along with "tools" and "exit" buttons in the bottom.
b. Once you are at that page, just let it be and conect the mobile
device to the computer and make sure that the syncronizing software
is runing and recognizes the mobile device.
7. Earlier we created a shortcut for the file "MapSource.exe" to the
desktop. Run that program, and once it opens, click on "Utilities"
in the menu bar and click on "Get Unit ID...".
In my case, I couldn't find any unit ID so I did following: Go to
"settings" and find "about" by scrolling. Then you see device ID and
card ID. My card ID was 2853673583.
a. Write card ID down, it is your Unit ID, And it does not change
unless you change the memory card. We are going to need this number.
VERY IMPORTANT!
8. Open the folder "\Mobile Device Maps And GPS Crack\" and right click
on the file "sw.unl" and select open. Select "choose a program from a
list", and select Notepad as the program you want to open the file
with.
a. LEAVE THis FILE OPEN!
9. Run the program Keygen.exe in the same folder.
10. Enter the Unit ID that you got earlier into the top box.
Click on generate, and copy the code it gives you to the file "sw.unl"
replacing the previews code and save it as it is, where it is.
a. Just click on file on notepad, and save, that will save it as it
was.
b. DO NOT CLOSE THE KEYGEN! Leave it as it is with the codes as they
are.
c. You can close the "sw.unl" file (the notepad, after saving it).
11. In the folder "\Mobile Device Maps And GPS Crack\" again, right click
on the file "gmapsupp.unl" and select open.
Select "choose a program from a list", and select Notepad as the
program you want to open the file with.
a. LEAVE THis FILE OPEN!
12. On the Keygen program, in the bottom half, where it sais
"Select Map Product", select "custom mapset" and enter the number
"325". Click on generate, and copy the code it gives you to the file
"gmapsupp.unl" replacing the previews code and save it as it is, whe
the torrents.

This worked fine with my N95-NAM, but was anybody able to get the voice navigation working? When I go to the audio settings, there aren't any options for voice.
Found the answer to fix the voice navigation problem. You have to load the phone software, provided by Restrected. The one on the Garmin website is only an update, which does not include the voice files. But you can update it once you've installed the original.

Alright, I realize that the torrent description says "it includes installation files for any mobile platform", but my experience telle me that I'd better ask anyway, does the target file include an installer for Palm OS?
