will this also unlock the startup pin on garmin nuvi 650?? or any suggestions what should i do to get the pin removed???

Has anyone been able to get this to work for BlueChart America's 2008? I in regedit and found the number 23 01 and tried this is keygen but it didn't work. I didn't know how to put in binary since it would be way to long.
Works perfectly on my Garmin 60csx with city navigator nt 2008 europe. THANKS!!!

Where do I find the PID, RgnID, VenID umbers. I found the MapID but not the others. I manage to generate the unlock key but after this i do not understand the instructions (sorry I am dutch and not a PC-crack). The instructions tell me to open the Notepad (what is this) again, and paste the key and save the file as GMAPSUPP.UNL .
After this I have to put the newly created file to my SD\Garmin directory and restart GMXT . What is meant with GMXT? And do I have to put the file only on the Sd card of my GPS. Hopefully you can help me. Thanks a lot!
