Hey. I portet this game from widnows to macintosh using an updated cider version. The mouse is working perfect. Iv\'e tested it on my macbook 1,83 Ghz 4GB ram
while downloading it says that the tracker request failed. i guess i will have to add my own trackers....
has anybody got any mods to work?
The mouse works perfectly fine. But the game crashes every now and then, in the middle of a mission. I set the the options to "widescreen off" already. What do I have to do?
BTW, it pretty much only crashes when I drive. I also reset the setting to default. Still crashes. Maybe it is because my graphic card is GMA950? Anyway, what do I have to modify to get it work?
Well sry if I am annoying. But this crashing is even more annoying! I played one stupid mission like 10 times and when I finally nearly finished the game crashed!!

I tryed the terminal thin, the rights thing, nonthing works. The icon just comes to the dpck, and stays there. It dosn't go away. then i force quit it because nonthing happens.

I want to ask the creator of this conversion top convert gta 4 for pc to gta 4 for mac too because I liked this one very much except that sometimes, during a video it crashed... It would be cool to be able to play it on mac!!!
Guys im running on macbook 10.5.6 with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 duo and the download went smooth but when i startup the game, the first two adverts go fine but then it just stops at blank screen. WHAT DO I DO!!??

People I have defininetly worked out how to work this game if you have the same problem as I did. The first two screens pass but then stops:
1: Start up the game.
2: When your desktop disappears and it turns black, start mashing keys (randomly pushing many keys) Make sure you are pressing enter and space a lot.
3: Continue doing this until the Grand Theft Auto logo appears. Then STOP MASHING KEYS or the game will crash!
4: Have fun playing the game!
This has worked for me consistently about 45 times in a row so good luck.

If you want to replace the gametap icon, replace it with the original box art - http://www.filefactory.com/file/aff2880/n/gametap_icns . I promise it's not porn or viruses! Just show package contents > contents > resources and replace it!
