Ambivalent -- In the United States most of these types of photos would be considered child pornography, as the courts have ruled that any photograph of a minor in a sexually suggestive pose qualifies as pornography. What is "sexually suggestive" would likely be up to a court if you were arrested and tried. I try to be very careful what I download, but often the previews are indicative of what's in the torrent. In that case I just delete the data and hope that if I were caught the DA would figure it's not worth prosecuting. I mean, there are lots of very graphic CP out there that blows this stuff out of the water. I would think that's what law enforcement is looking for. Anyway, there's not a clear answer. It boils down to how aggressive a prosecuting attorney is and how much you're willing to pay for your defense. A lot of people won't like that answer, but that's the way it is.

Thanks a lot meter . I downloaded a vlad torrent . A lot of the girls look sad , as if they knew they were being exploited , or were molested by a seedy photographer before the shoot . The more conservative young modeling agencies don't make me feel nearly as dirty and depraved when i frequent their sites . At least their models are smiling and the scenery isn't a dirty blanket stapled to the wall . I don't think I want to risk being labeled a sex offender over posessing some unprofessionally shot photos of scraped up and impoverished little trollops . Yep vlad is cp .

I learned that you don't have to download an entire torrent's collection of files. As long as the files are separated you can pick and choose which ones to download. Eagle5885 always separates his files that way. In fact, you can download his previews 1st using the torrent, and then only pick the winrared files afterwards that you don't already have.

Your1, the fact that you can purchase access on their site doesn't mean much. The old LS site allowed people in the US to purchase access as well, the the operators of that site were eventually arrested on pornographer charges. Their site even cited US law as to WHY they were legal, but it seems it wasn't

Potato Meter is at least mostly correct if not entirely correct. In some parts (if not all) of the US some vlad material could potentially get you in trouble.

Save the bullshit for some other time. None of the people were on here bashing you, or even the models, and I'd suggest knowing what you're talking about before talking out your ass.
