To 12xu. This is the beauty of FLAC. It is lossless, so yes it is the same quality as original although at much smaller filesizes. Start converting in FLAC you too! It is very easy with dbPoweramp, BonkEnc among many others.
Flac doesn't guarantee losslessness - some releasers find ways to create lossy flac, like mp3 with bitrate about 1024k. you can check EAC's log to check it - some files have quality less that 100% (but usually more than 99%, it hardly makes an audible difference, but I think lossless is better)

OK got it working fine now...that was very strange. If anyone has the same problem I think it was the length of the file name that was causing the issue. I copied the whole folder to another drive and windows automatically shortened it. Then both files were accessible again very strange.
